The job of a school administrator is a difficult one. A wide variety of stakeholders are counting on you to do a very important job well and in a cost efficient manner. Where to begin, an administrator might ask.

Enter the needs assessment. This diagnostic tool lets decision-makers know what systemic needs are present and may provide insight on how to innovate for the better.

During my coursework at BGSU, I helped conduct a needs assessment of educators in my cohort. Those findings are presented below.
